Can members opt-out of this new meter installation and request to keep their old meter?

Yes. Members who opt out of having a new meter installed and prefer to maintain a mechanical meter at their residence or facility can now do so with a basic service charge of $30 per month, this charge covers the cost of sending someone to read your meter each month.
