As a co-op, Piedmont Electric Cooperative is governed by a member-elected board of directors. The cooperative is divided into nine districts representing all areas of our local community. Members are elected to the board in staggered, three-year terms with the elections conducted via mail-in and online balloting each spring.
Directors elected in April 2024 will serve from 2024-2027, directors elected in April 2023 will serve from 2023-2026 and directors elected in April 2022 will serve from 2022-2025.
