As a co-op, Piedmont Electric Cooperative is governed by a member-elected board of directors. The cooperative is divided into nine districts representing all areas of our local community. Members are elected to the board in staggered, three-year terms with the elections conducted via mail-in and online balloting each spring.
Directors elected in April 2026 will serve from 2026–2029, directors elected in April 2025 will serve from 2025–2028, and directors elected in April 2024 will serve from 2024–2027.
