Three seats on the Piedmont Electric board of directors are up for election in 2027. These seats are currently held by Cy Vernon (District 3), Jimmy Thomas (District 7) and V. Kay Scurlock-Ferguson (District 8). As a reminder, there will be no voting at the annual meeting. All voting will be conducted online or by mail-in ballot. Voting will begin in late March and run through early April. Districts 4, 6 and 9 will be up for election in 2028 and Districts 1, 2 and 5 in 2029.
