In the coming weeks and months, you may notice someone inspecting the poles across our system.
Pole inspection are part of the regular testing and maintenance we do to make sure our system stays running in tip-top shape.
Most of this work will be completed by our authorized inspector, Allegiant Utility Services, who will arrive between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Installers will drive vehicles and carry badges that identify them as an authorized contractor of Piedmont Electric. You will not need to be present for the inspection.
If Allegiant cannot access a pole on your property, they may need to contact you to gain access to complete the work. If you do not want us to share your contact information with Allegiant, please contact us at info@pemc.coop or call 800.222.3107.
