How it works: On high-demand days, Piedmont Electric will adjust your thermostat a few degrees through your Wi-Fi connection to reduce strain on the grid.

Time-of-Day Rate
Don’t get haunted by high bills, change your habits and save on your energy bill! Eligibility: Any members interested in paying a lower energy rate by shifting energy use to off-peak hours.
