- Time-of-Day Rate: With lower rates during off-peak hours, you’ll pay less for energy simply by shifting when you use it. For example, washing your laundry or running your dishwasher outside of peak hours can lead to meaningful savings.
- Smart Thermostat Savings Program: If you have a Nest thermostat and Wi-Fi, you can get a rebate plus ongoing bill credits. The co-op may make small temperature adjustments during high-demand times, easing strain on the grid and helping you save.
- Energy Efficiency Rebates: Upgrade your heat pump, water heater or HVAC system and get cash back for making your home more efficient.
