Local youths have a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit or nation’s capital for the annual Rural Electric Youth Tour. More than 1,500 students attend the Youth Tour each year to learn about electric cooperatives, American history and the U.S. government and visit the historic sights of our nation’s capital. Rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors whose parents or grandparents receive their electricity from Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation are encouraged to APPLY.
