Piedmont Electric, along with North Carolina’s other Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, award middle-school students full scholarships to attend basketball camp on college campuses each summer. The Touchstone Energy Sports Camps program provides a unique educational and athletic opportunity for our state’s youth and demonstrates Touchstone Energy’s core values of accountability, integrity, innovation and particularly, commitment to community. Piedmont Electric will award scholarships to one boy and one girl.
Eligibility:Â
Rising sixth graders are eligible to apply for the Roy Williams Basketball Camp.
Rising sixth through eighth graders are eligible to apply for the Wolfpack Women’s Basketball Camp.
To be eligible, applications must be postmarked by March 31, 2020. Statewide, Touchstone Energy cooperatives will send more than 50 students to camp this summer.
